f) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a LLIC administrator, official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

g) transmit, post or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements;

h) transmit, post or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy or other proprietary rights and broadcasting rights of LLIC or any third party;

i) disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of LLIC;

j) transmit, post or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;

k) stalk or otherwise harass another LLIC website service user;

l) sell or distribute in any way, personal information about other Service users; or

m) violate any of the provisions of the Philippine cyber law;

 

  1. Materials or commentary posted on the LLIC Website are not intended to amount to an advice on which reliance should be placed. LLIC shall not be liable and responsible for any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to the Website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents;

 

  1. Any material which you submit to LLIC or the Website, you agree to grant LLIC an irrevocable, worldwide, assignable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use said material. You also agree that you waive your rights to be identified as the author and LLIC may modify your submission;

 

  1. You agree to comply at all times with all instructions for use of the LLIC Website;

 

II.A REGISTRATION FOR THE SERVICE AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

If you want to submit an order to the Website to purchase any of the product listed on the Website, you must register for an account on the Website (an Account) which you will be able to access on the Website through the My Account part of the Website. To register, you need to supply LLIC with your name, address, and email address and possibly some other personal information. You may check our Privacy Policy for more details about this;

 

  1. In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to:

 

  1. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Services membership or registration form (such information being the a Registration Data); and

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or LLIC has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, LLIC has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future revenue shares or access to the Service (or any portion thereof);

 

  1. Once registered with the LLIC Website, you will be asked to create a username and password for your Account. You agree that any person to whom your user name or password is disclosed is authorized to act as your agent for the purposes of using and/or transacting thru your Account. You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and security of your account. You will notify LLIC of any unauthorized use of your account and any other breach of security, and ensure that you sign out from your account at the end of each session/use;

 

  1. A valid personal email address that you access regularly is required for you to be validly registered, so that administration emails can be sent to you. Any Account which have been registered with someone else’s email address or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. LLIC may require you to validate Accounts at registration;

When you register for an Account, and whenever you log on to your Account thereafter, you have the option to sign up to receive, and to opt out of receiving, information emails such as newsletters, information on offers among others. You are able to unsubscribe from such information emails at any time by logging in to your Account;

 

  1. Although LLIC saves the information relating to any order that you submit to the Website to purchase any of the products listed on the Website, you will be unable to directly retrieve this information for security reasons. You may access this information by logging in to your Account. You will be able to view information relating to your completed, open or recently dispatched orders and manage and save your address information, any bank details and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed;

III.A ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  1. You must first register in accordance to Clause II before making an Order;
  1. LLIC processes information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you are true and accurate;
  1. The moment you select a product that you wish to Order, you will then be shown the charges you must pay including Value Added Tax (VAT) and applicable delivery charges. All charges are stated in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise stipulated on the Site;
  1. At the time of ordering, You shall immediately pay for the product in full by supplying LLIC with your credit or debit card details from a bank acceptable to LLIC or by PayPal, in order to process your Order; or you may pay by any method approved by LLIC, but in any event, it shall not be bound to supply the ordered product unless LLIC received cleared funds in full. Your credit card payments will be received and processed by our Payment Service Provider. Depending on the results of a credit check, LLIC reserves the right not to offer certain forms of payment and/or to refer you to other approved forms of payment;
  1. You declare that all details you provide for the purpose of purchasing the product are correct and that the credit or debit card, or account or other payment method, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product ordered. LLIC reserves the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product;
  1. LLIC shall not be obliged to supply the product to you until it has accepted your Order. Acceptance shall take place when LLIC expressly accepts your Order by email to you in the form of a document called a “Confirmation of Order,” which states that LLIC is accepting your Order. In the Confirmation of Order, LLIC may give you an Order reference number and details of the product you have ordered. LLIC may, in its discretion, refuse to accept an Order from you for any reason, including unavailability of supplies or it may offer you an alternative product, in which case it may require you to re-submit your Order first;
  1. If you made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site, please contact Customer Service atlueurlaurenofficial@gmail.com However, LLIC cannot guarantee that it will be able to amend your Order in accordance with your instructions;
  1. If the price for the Order changes before LLIC accepts your Order, LLIC will contact you and ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed at the amended price;

IV.TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

  1. The LLIC name, logos and all related names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Lueur Lauren International Corp or its licensors;
  1. LLIC is the owner of all the materials: illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics published on its website. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved and may not be used without its expressed approval in writing;

     VII.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that LLIC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if LLIC has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

    a) the use or the inability to use the service;
    b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;
    c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
    d) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or
    e) any other matter relating to the service;

      VIII.TERMINATION

You agree that LLIC, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the service, and remove and discard any content within the account, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if LLIC believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms and conditions;

       

      1. LLIC may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the website service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service/account under any provision of this Terms may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that LLIC may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that LLIC shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service;

       

      1. The Rights granted under this terms of service can be unilaterally revoked and/or modified by LLIC at anytime, for whatever reasons, without prior notice;

      2. Contracts for the supply of products formed through the Website or as a result of visits made by you are governed by these Terms;

       

      1. No failure or delay by LLIC in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right or extend to or affect any other or subsequent event or impair any rights or remedies in respect of it or in any way modify or diminish its rights under these Terms;

       

      1. LLIC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All amendments to these Terms will be posted on-line. However, continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms;

       

      X. PHILIPPINE LAW AND JURISDICTION

       

      1. These Terms and your use of the Website (and all non-contractual relationships arising out of or connected to it or them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippines law. You and LLIC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Quezon City, Philippines. In case of dispute, you agree to first refer the dispute to any alternative mode of dispute resolution mechanism before going to court;

       

      1. The failure of LLIC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Term shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Term and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Term remain in full force and effect.

       

      1. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Term must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
