By voluntarily registering/creating an LLIC account, customers consent to the processing of their personal information (full name, address, email address, cellphone number, age, birthdate, gender, bank account and payment details and among others). The personal information will be used by Lueur Lauren International Corp. and its related companies to contact the customer from time to time and to perform activities permitted by law or with the consent of the customer. 

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, customer has the right to be informed, to object, to access, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to damages, to data portability and to file complaint. Lueur Lauren International Corp. (LLIC) is committed to comply with Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. When accessing LLIC’s websites and/or availing of its products from outside the Philippines, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in the Philippines following legal and regulatory standards for data protection that may differ from your current jurisdictions.

LLIC undertakes to periodically update this Notice when necessary to ensure that its practices remain compliant with the applicable laws, and are up to date with the industry trends.

When you create a LLIC account, or otherwise provide LLIC with your personal information through the Platform, the personal information it collects may include your:

LLIC takes its customers privacy seriously and it will only collect, record, hold, store, disclose, transfer and use your personal information as outlined below:

If you choose not to submit your personal information or subsequently withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information, LLIC may not be able to provide you with its services.

LLIC will never share, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties except if you have given your consent thereto.

How Long Does LLIC Keep Your Information

LLIC will retain your personal data throughout the effectivity of your LLIC membership/accreditation and for a maximum period of five (5) years afterward.

LLIC may use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies for storing information to help provide you with a better, faster, safer and personalized experience when you use the Services and/or access the Platform. When you visit LLIC, its servers will automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit the website. These data may include:

  • The pages within the Platform which you visit
