1. DO THE PRODUCTS CONTAIN FRAGRANCE?
No. Our products do not contain synthetic fragrance. They are naturally scented with 100% natural ingredients.
2. ARE LUEUR LAUREN SKINCARE PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
Lueur Lauren South Korean skincare has a super strict cruelty free policy. No products or source ingredients are tested on animals and we have the PETA certification to prove it! Our manufacturing and testing processes are completely free from animal testing and we only source from suppliers who do not test on animals.
2. ARE LUEUR LAUREN SKINCARE PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Lueur Lauren South Korean skincare products are scientifically formulated with 100% natural ingredients which came from organic plants, fruits, vegetables and some snail excretion designed to treat and protect an array of skin types and conditions. The entire range does not contain any animal by-products or animal derivatives and we have the PETA certification to prove it! We use only pure and powerful plant-based oils and extracts to promote healthy, glowing skin.
3. DOES LUEUR LAUREN SKINCARE USE ANY ORGANIC INGREDIENTS IN ITS PRODUCTS?
Organic ingredients are part of ingredient selection for Lueur Lauren Korean skincare products.
4. ARE LUEUR LAUREN PRODUCTS HALAL-CERTIFIED?
All of Lueur Lauren Korean skincare products ingredients are all fit and safe for consumers, including Muslim consumers.
5. ARE THE PRODUCTS PARABEN-FREE?
Yes, all the ingredients used are paraben-free. Therefore, NO chemicals added.
6. IS THIS FOR SENSITIVE SKIN TYPES?
The Lueur Lauren South Korean skin care products is made of non-toxic and natural ingredients. If you have a known allergy, please check the ingredients. Try one product at a time to see if there is an allergic reaction. Discontinue use if there is allergic reaction.
7. WHAT ARE THE EXPIRY DATES FOR LUEUR LAUREN SKINCARE PRODUCTS?
All Lueur Lauren South Korean skincare products will last up to 24 months unopened from date of manufacture.
8. WHERE ARE LUEUR LAUREN SKINCARE PRODUCTS MADE?
We’re a 100% Filipino-owned and operated company. Our products are manufactured in South Korea.
9. DOES LUEUR LAREN SKINCARE DO SAMPLES OF THEIR PRODUCTS?
As a general rule we do not offer samples of our products. From time to time we could have samples available during our Business Opportunity Presentation (BOP) held at our office’s training room or in different parts of the country so we encourage you to get in contact with us and we will do our best to help. If you have concerns with allergies or skin conditions please refer to that section of the FAQs.
We provide full disclosure of all our ingredients in each product so please refer to those in the product descriptions. If in doubt always perform a patch test on hidden skin first.
10. HOW SHOULD I STORE MY LUEUR LAUREN SKINCARE PRODUCT?
As with most skin care products, please keep your product out of direct sunlight and store at room temperature.
11. WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Everyone is unique, so timing of results will vary from person to person. Many people report smoother skin within 3 to 7 days. For blemishes and signs of premature aging, most people see results within 4 to 6 weeks.
12. ARE THERE INGREDIENTS THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED ON THE WEBSITE OR PACKAGING?
No. Our products are 100% clean, all of our ingredients are listed on our website and the skin care boxes.
13. ARE LUEUR LAUREN SKINCARE PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND WHILE BREASTFEEDING?
All of our products are made from 100% natural ingredients therefore, it is proven safe for all skin types.

14. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Online Payment through Online banking via our listed banks seen on our website, lueurlauren.com and/or personal visit at the office’ cashier area.
15. HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER OR DISTRIBUTOR OF LUEUR LAUREN SKINCARE?

3. ELITE Distributor – P75,889 membership fee with stocks worth P76k

16. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
If you wish to change anything in your order please send an email to custcare@lueurlauren.com with your order details and information about the request. Doing this as quickly as possible will give us time to check the items before it will be sent.
If, however, the order has already been shipped then we can’t help unfortunately. But take a look at the returns or refunds section of the FAQ for more help.
17 WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
You will be alerted that we’re out of stock when you try to buy it online, and if you sign up for email alerts we will let you know when it is back on the shelf!
18 WILL YOU SHIP TO ME INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We offer international shipping but delivery fee will be passed on to the customer.

Lueur Lauren International Corporation is a multi-level marketing company. We do have 3 levels of Distributorship, we have our Starter, Basic and Elite. For the Starter registration fee is at P2,000, for Basic, it’s P15,899.00 while for Elite it’s P75,889.00. You shall receive Products worth your registration fee and entitled to Products discounts. Starter gets 30% discount, Basic – gets 40% discount and Elite gets 40% discount with the best perks. We can also ship our products absolutely free of charge if you are within Metro Manila. Feel free to visit us at our office at 2F Lemon Square Bldg., Barangay Katipunan, EDSA-Munoz, Quezon City.
26. HOW CAN I PURCHASE?
Thank you for your message. You can place your order by sending it to us through lueurlaurenofficial@gmail.com, you can deposit your payment through our bank then we will deliver your orders via Grab or any available shipping company near your place.
27. IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT?
Normally, there is no minimum amount. We would like to maximize our deliveries, if you could at least place 2 to 3 pcs of our products. We do have our Starter Kit, which is P2,000.00 worth where you can avail of our BB Cream and Sheet Mask and become a member and be able to avail of 30% discount on your next order.
28. DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING FOR WEIGHT LOSS?
Yes we do! Our Esther Bioscience Glutathione + Collagen Beverage Mix has lots of immunity and antioxidants which help the body get rid of toxins and help loose unwanted body weight while giving you a smooth, glowing and youthful skin at the same time. We strongly recommend you try this out.
29. DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS ABROAD?
Thank you for your interest in availing of our package and products. May we know who is your Upline? If there’s none yet, we can endorse you to our GUV, our independent marketing team and they will be glad to assist you. As for our shipment fee to the United States and Japan, we can send the products via UPS. We have a corporate account with them and we’re entitled to a special discount for their shipment cost which we will be passing on to our clients.
